2. In view of the information contained in report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Banka in compliance

Patna High Court CWJC No.16003 of 2024(3) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 of the order dated 24.10.2024, it appears that there is no threat perception, leading to any protection to the petitioner to return at the original place of posting.

3. The petitioner, in such circumstances, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar for considering his case sympathetically in view of the recommendation made by the Additional Regional Director, Health Services, Bhagalpur.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed of, with aforesaid liberty.
