2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. Perusal thereof shows that the corpus and the private Respondent No. 6 are said to have married and they had appeared before the Investigating Agency in Mahila Police Station, Arrah (Bhojpur). According to the affidavit, the petitioner and her husband are not accepting the marriage and are raising issues by filing frivolous applications.

3. In the kind of report contained in the counter affidavit of the respondents, we find no reason to proceed with this case.
