====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bank of India (for short 'the Bank') and learned counsel for the private respondent no.5.

2. The petitioner had originally confined his relief to the regularization of Respondent No.6 by alleging that the same was based on a certificate issued by the Manager (CrMD) mentioning the period of work of Respondent No.6 as 15-01-2011 to 22-10-2012, which was containing experience up

Patna High Court CWJC No.20504 of 2019(11) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 to two days after the date on which certificate was issued. Since a future date could not have been certified, this court had, by order dated 31-08-2022, called for the original records based on which the certificate was issued.

3. Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel representing the Bank has produced the records. He has also filed affidavits stating that instead of '15-01-2011 to 18-10-2012', the experience certificate was issued for the period '15-01-2011 to 22-10-2012' due to typographical error of inadvertence. The petitioner's counsel, thereafter had sought adjournment to make out a case against Respondent No.6 on any other grounds.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up, he fairly submits that no other ground has been specified in the pleadings. No case, therefore, is made out for proceeding further in the matter.

5. The writ petition is dismissed.
