The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 246 of 2022 registered under Sections 384/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66D of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty politics. There is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65719 of 2022(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur in connection with Sahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 246 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
