JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 (Special Case No.33 of 2017), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/188/353/504/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the list of criminal antecedents of the petitioners, disclosed in para-3 of the petition as well as allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58263 of 2018 (3) dt.29-10-2018 P2/ event of surrender of the petitioners within three weeks, the prayer for regular bail shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
