Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the house of Santosh Mukhia. Petitioner has no concern either with Santosh Mukhiya or with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 222 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
