1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing vehemently for sometime, realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.3, namely, Sandip Yadav @ Sandip Kumar Yadav.
4. Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 and 2 are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Vinod Yadav had grabbed her land along with Kamla Yadav, further Vinod assaulted her husband Sardar Yadav by Garasha causing injury on head, while Sandip assaulted Kameshwar and Saheb by Ramba and also assaulted Sardar causing loss of left eye sight and thereafter assaulted Sonu by Ramba causing injury on head, thereafter Kamla assaulted Kameshwar by lathi causing fracture of rib while Piyush was carrying gun, on alarm, villagers came and accused fled.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation had taken place in which both side assaulted each other and from the side of the petitioners Ramgarh P.S. Case No.194/2025 was instituted against the informant and his side, as such the instant FIR is a counter blast. It is further submitted that the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple though one of the injuries has been opined to be grievous which is alleged to have been caused by Sandip.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.195/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
