2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the bar that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and in this respect, he has received the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 10.
3. Mr. Satya Vrat, learned counsel for the State
Patna High Court CWJC No.17635 of 2022 dt.16-01-2024 2/2 referring to the statements made in paragraph no. 5 to the counter affidavit submits that all the retiral/admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid to him and no claim of the petitioner has been left for payment.
4. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, as noted hereinabove, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
5. Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar is present.
