Petitioners seek bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners, who are driver and Khalasi of the vehicle in question, have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners has no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66025 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 are in custody since 24.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019.
