1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For commanding and directing the Respondents to take proper legal action in the light of the representation filed by the Petitioner. II. For commanding and directing the Respondents to ensure safety and security of the life and property of the Petitioner, and take legal action against the guilty persons.

III. For holding that, it is the duty of the Respondents to protect the Fundamental Right of a lady, who is being targeted by anti social and

V. For also holding that, Petitioner is entitled to be protected by the Respondents, in accordance with law."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
