The present M.J.C. application has been filed bringing to the notice of this Court of the non-compliance of this Court's order dated 04.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.3829 of 2019(10) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 13276 of 2019.

From the supplementary show-cause reply of respondent Nos. 3 to 5, it appears that the amounts in question have been paid through CFMS vide Bill No. 29/2122 for an amount of Rs. 8,825/- and through Bill No.30/2122 for an amount of 16,960/-. This Court has also been informed that the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna vide letter dated 05.11.2021 has given approval for issuance of amended PPO/GPO for fixation of pension of late Shyamanand Thakur to his son, namely, Avinash.

In that view of the matter, there is no necessity of continuing with this contempt proceeding.

The order dated 04.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13276 of 2019, has been complied with.

The petition is thus disposed off and is as such consigned.
