The petitioner has moved before this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ commanding the respondent authorities for inquiry in the appointment of the Shiksha Mitra 2003 and 2005 under the Gram Panchayat Raj Manik Choulk North, Block-Runisaidpur, Distt- Sitamarhi, whereby and whereunder the respondent authorities have made illegalities and irregularities in the appointment of the Shiksha Mitra.
Patna High Court CWJC No.491 of 2023 dt.20-06-2024 2/2 (ii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action with regard to take fresh selection of the concerned gram panchayat whereas the petitioner has appropriate candidate for selection of the designated post.
(iii) For any other relief or relief or relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in accordance with law for the end of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have committed illegalities and irregularities in the appointment of Shiksha Mitra. 4.
Learned counsel for the State submits that on 01.07.2006, the State Government has abolished the post of Shiksha Mitra and therefore, no illegality has been committed from the part of respondent authorities.

Considering this fact that the post of Shiksha Mitra has been abolished by the State Government, this writ application stands dismissed.
