2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 96 of BNS.
3. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 29.07.2025.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to kidnap / abduct the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years for the purpose of illicit intercourse / marriage with another person.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the thrust of allegation is available
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66448 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/3 against co-accused namely, Deepak Kumar who alleged to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant who is named in the FIR. It is submitted that petitioner and his own brother has been implicated in the present case on the ground of old enmity between the petitioner's family and the informant family due to some land dispute otherwise having no occasion to implicate. Petitioner is the cousin brother of victim, therefore, it is not believable that he may help the main coaccused in committing the alleged occurrence of kidnapping. It is also pointed out that co-accused facing similar allegation has been granted bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 19173 of 2025 vide order dated 22.04.2025. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

7. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as thrust of allegation is available against

No.66448 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 3/3 named co-accused Deepak Kumar, coupled with fact that investigation of this case is already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 29.07.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of BNSS.
