2. Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- (I) To grant the payment ACP (Assured Career Progression) scheme in service period on above named petitioner.
(ii) For direction upon respondents to grant all consequent benefit us including payment of salary other benefit and continuity in service period. (iii) To pass any other head of consequence relief to which the petitioner may be found to be legally entitled in the facts and

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur (Ara) for the relief, as prayed for in the writ petition.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance before the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur (Ara), who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
