Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bettiah (Muffassil) P.S.Case No.247 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 384, 379, 506, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner no.1 is said to have asked the informant either to execute the sale-deed or pay Rs.10 lac to him and he scattered the articles kept in the shop of the informant and the petitioner nos.3 and 4 are also named in the FIR .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties as the partition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60674 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 suite is pending between them, due to that they have been made accused in this case and there is no specific allegation of assault against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Muffassil) P.S.Case No.247 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
