2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased while sleeping in his house was killed by someone. The petitioner is suspected of killing him because he had earlier eloped with the sister of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not present on the spot and in support of the same his mother has written to the higher police officials but no evidence has been collected with regard to the call details of

5. Considering the fact that there is no direct material available against the petitioner to connect him with the crime and his period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 215 of 2020. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
