2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a statutory appeal against the order dated 28.02.2022 within a period of six weeks.
3. If the petitioners file the appeal within the aforesaid period, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioners on its own merit and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after hearing all the parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
