The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nichak Bathani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered under Sections 456, 376, 511, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the midnight of 06.04.2018, petitioner along with his son, Ranauk Kumar, entered in the house of the informant and made attempt to outrage her modesty. On raising alarm by the informant, her family members gathered there then petitioner and his son moved from there giving threatening of dire consequences. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.53601 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 fact, petitioner is the next door neighbour of the informant and before alleged date of occurrence, informant had gone at the flour mill of the petitioner, which is being run by his son, Raunak Kumar and during grinding of wheat, some hot talk were exchanged in between the informant and Raunak Kumar due to that reason petitioner and his son have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-X, Gaya, in connection with Nichak Bathani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
