2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. To make necessary corrections is the Voter list of Barbara PACS, Noorsarai, Nalanda, as the names of several PACS voters have been removed and shifted to Biharsharif Municipal Corporation. Nalanda after creation of New Municipal Corporation,

II. For further appropriate direction/directions to the respondent's authority to examine and rectify the voters whose names appear in the voter list of Barhara Panchayat PACS, and now shifted to Biharsharif Nagar Nigam.

III. For further direction to the respondent's authority to follow the ingredients of the guidelines as mentioned in Letter No. 677/Patna dated 30-1-2023 issued by the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Council, Bihar, Patna.

IV. For further direction to the respondent's authority to make necessary corrections in the voter list of Ward No. 5, Nagar Nigam, Biharsharif, because the names of about 450 voters of Village- Talabpar and Heganpura were shifted in the Biharsharif Municipal area.

V. To pass any other relief/reliefs to which the Petitioner is entitled.".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent no.5-the Registrar, Cooperative Committee, Bihar, Patna, is the appropriate authority who will look into the matter, seek response in the matter from the appropriate authority and will take a decision.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation to the petitioner to approach to Respondent no.5 in next four weeks who shall look into the matter and take an
