2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 370, 371, 372(1) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 8 of the POCSO Act, under Section 75/79 of the Juvenile Justice Act, under Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the I.T.P. Act, 1956 and under Section 16, 17, 18 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner had employed one girl in an orchestra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68020 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Madhaura, DistrictSaran at Chapra Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
