Mr.Madhaw Pd. Yadav-Gp23 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application are for non payment of salary from the joining to till date.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioner were appointed pursuant to the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 32 of 2014 and Appeal No. 33 of 2014 and joining of the petitioners was accepted but the petitioners have not been paid salary.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur, Bhabhua to verify the record to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8327 of 2017(3) dt.25-07-2019 3/3 ascertain the validity of the appointment of the petitioners and decide the claim of the petitioners for payment of salary at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
