At the very outset, learned AAG 6 points out that by order dated 12.05.2009, passed in MA No. 380 of 2000, the Court had interfered in the order passed by the Court below in Miscellaneous Case No. 31 of 1999, reviving Title Suit No. 7 of 1994 and whatever was required to be done was by the Court concerned and not by any of the State authorities. It was further submitted that the Court had in fact interfered in the order passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 31 of 1999 and accordingly had directed that the original Title Suit No. 7 of 1994 was restored. Learned counsel submitted that the application having been filed

Patna High Court MJC No.1590 of 2017 dt.16-07-2019 3/3 in May, 2017 and up-to-date position not being on record, it is likely that the order of the Court has been complied with.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending.
