After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to approach the Principal Secretary under Rule 32(vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System Control (Order), 2016 against the orders of the Revisional Authority, Appellate Authority and the order of the cancellation passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to avail the remedy available under Rule 32(vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System Control (Order),

Patna High Court CWJC No.1032 of 2023(9) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 2016. The petitioner shall file his complaint/representation before the Principal Secretary within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such complaint/representation being made, the Principal Secretary shall consider the same on its own merits and pass a reasoned orders within a period of four week thereof. Any order passed by the Principal Secretary shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
