2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of assault to one Suresh Ram with iron road on his head.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to petty dispute between the parties, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Doctor has found injury no. 2, 3 and 4 simple in nature and injury no. 1 is reserved opinion about. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jamui/concerned court below in connection with Laxmipur P. S. Case No. 304 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
