The petitioner in the present case is the husband and is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 261 (C) of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 341, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to keep opposite party no. 2 in his matrimonial home with full dignity and care. It is his apprehension that the parents of opposite party no. 2 will not

Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of what has transpired in course of submission, the petitioner will go to the maike of opposite party no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today with prior information to the concerned S.H.O. of the Police Station within whose jurisdiction the opposite party no. 2 resides presently. On such information, the S.H.O. of the concerned Police Station will take care of the safety of the petitioner. It will be opened for opposite party no. 2 to accompany the petitioner or to refuse but a report in this regard will be submitted by the S.H.O. to the concerned court of the learned Judicial Magistrate where the matter is pending presently.

The petitioner has undertaken that if the opposite party no. 2 accompanied him to live in the matrimonial home, he will take full care of opposite party no. 2. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.
