This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhabhua P.S. Case No.534 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have taken away the daughter of the informant.

The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
