2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Purnea as well as respondent no. 3, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Purnea but the same has not been disposed of uptill now.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15138 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Purnea as well as respondent no. 3, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Purnea within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
