2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery is of 6 kg. 160 gms. of ganja from the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025.

5. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to
