2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to hand over the charge of the Professor-in-Charge of M.S.M., Samta College, Jamdaha (Vaishali) under B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner despite being senior took the respondent no. 4 his candidature for being considered for the post of Professor-in-Charge was negated

4. It is next submitted that the petitioner despite being junior is made to work under his junior. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 28.06.2024 and 03.09.2024 before the Registrar of the University and ViceChancellor separately raising his grievance but the same till date has not been acted upon.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the University to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2024 (Annexure-3).

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application has been disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the production of copy of this order.
