JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are brothers in law whereas petitioner no. 3 is mother in law of the deceased. The father in law of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court whereas the husband of the deceased is facing trial before the concerned court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19731 of 2013 (3) dt.24-03-2015 allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City in Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
