Patna High Court CWJC No.18079 of 2022(2) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 submit that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dated 28.06.2022 passed in NH Arbitration Case No. 858 of 2018 before the competent Civil Court.
