The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that Gramin Dak Sewaks were appointed on the basis of fake credentials which were said to be issued by Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board. It appears that some of the candidates were allowed anticipatory bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order at Annexure-4 series. The petitioner was Headmaster of the School but the certificate was not issued by the petitioner rather Sanskrit Siksha Board had issued the certificates in favour of the candidates.

Mr. Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the CBI opposed the prayer for bail.

No.75411 of 2019(6) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with R.C.Case No.04(A)/2013 corresponding to T.R.No.27 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as subject to the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court.
