JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 This application under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite party no. 2-6 for their willful disobedience to the order dated 04.02.2016 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 791 of 2015.

On perusal of the aforesaid order dated 04.02.2016 as contained in Annexure- 2 to the present application, I find that no mandamus was issued by this Court. By the said order the writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed. In absence of any mandamus having been issued against the opposite parties, no case for initiation of contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.1622 of 2017(4) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 proceeding against them is made out.

The application is dismissed.
