Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Some unknown person committed murder of the son of the informant. The impugned order would reveal that during investigation it surfaced that the petitioner and another was seen on one motorcycle and the deceased and others were on another motorcycle.

Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
