Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that petitioner along with Nitish, Bipin and 15-20 unknown accused came and entered his house and started fighting and threatened to withdraw the case or else he will be killed. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case on account of previous dispute. It is next submitted that date of

No.65046 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 occurrence is 06.04.2023 and FIR came to be instituted on 08.04.2023, further FIR does not even disclose that as to which case the petitioner threatened to withdraw, which amply demonstrates the falsity of the allegation. It is also submitted that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khusarupur P. S. Case No.125 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
