The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the prosecution story, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. From the F.I.R., it appears that the allegation against the petitioner is that he has pointed pistol on the neck of the informant. There is no allegation of assault by this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the

Case No. 147 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
