Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 354(A), 354(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of Pocso Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other accused entered the house of the informant and tried to outrage modesty of the daughter of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 6.8. 2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62609 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,Vaishali, in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.
