BAJANTHRI) Date : 14-03-2024 The present M.J.C-Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 06.01.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19565 of 2021.

2. Petitioner was directed to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 06.01.2022. Petitioner has submitted representation on 17.01.2022, whereas the respondents were directed to consider and pass reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing representation. Such a period elapses on 16.05.2022, whereas the order has been passed on 06.03.2024 after lapse of more than one year. Therefore, they have committed contempt of Court.

3. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that they have complied the order of this Court dated 06.01.2022 on 06.03.2024 it suffice to impose cost of Rs. 5000/- on the Respondent. Cost shall be paid to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C-Contempt
