Petitioner is accused in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to inimical term. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019. Further submission is that there is no fire arm injury in the instant case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
