JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Staff Selection Commission and the I.T.B.P.

The petitioner had applied for Para Military Force and after selection in the written examination and physical test, he was called for the verification by the Staff Selection Commissioner there it was found that the person, who had appeared in the written examination, was quite a different person than the person who had appeared in the physical test.

The counsel for the Staff Selection Commission has produced the record showing his signature at three sheets is of same person, but the signature in another three sheets which was obtained

Patna High Court CWJC No.10925 of 2013 dt.11-08-2016 2/2 by the Staff Selection Commission, is entirely different and does not tally with the 1st three signatures. The Commission has also passed the order against the petitioner debarring him to appear in the examination for three years.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that it is signatures of the petitioner. On perusal it appears from the naked eyes that there is mark difference in two sets of signature. This Court does not find any wrong with the Staff Selection Commission in refusing to accept the joining of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
