2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the informant who has been subsequently made accused in the case as she caught her own daughter killed because she was having relationship with her devar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2023.

5. Considering the material available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
