2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact, there was love affair between the petitioner no. 1 and the victim girl who is 19 years of age.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure raising accusations against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65990 of 2018(4) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
