Shahi, learned Senior Counsel has fairly taken a stand before this Court that so far as this writ application is concerned, it has become infructuous and nothing remains for adjudication within the scope of this writ application. Learned Senior Counsel has, however, expressed certain reservations over the manner in which the permits are being issued for different routes and submits that those issues may be left open to be considered in an appropriate proceeding.

Learned counsel for the Sate is present.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, so far as this writ application is concerned, it is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to raise all such issues
