2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 874 of 2025 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 449 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the father of the informant leading to grievous injuries.

4. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66014 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/3 before the learned court below by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26389 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2024 and submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner on 04.08.2025 for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 324 and 504 of the I.P.C.

6. Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account that the charge has been framed against the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with S.T. No. 874 of 2025 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 449 of 2023, subject to the following conditions;

(i) One of the bailor(s) shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and

No.66014 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.
