Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application certain payments have been made.
Referring to para 7 and onwards, the respondents have stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner is being paid his salary as usual.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to District Education Officer, Jamui and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui (respondent nos. 2 and 3) to ensure payment of salary, so long the petitioner is
