The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Awadh Kewat, husband of the informant, was returning the village from market at about 09.00 p.m. on 13.07.2019, in the way three persons, named in the first information report, including the petitioner, started to abuse. When the husband of the informant made protest, then, with intention to kill, they started to cause assault through lathi, iron rod and stick. At that time, Buddhu Kewat gave the fasuli blow causing injury at the left palm of her husband. At tht time Anandi Kewat (petitioner) snatched the cash of Rs.2,000/-.

No.61374 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that specific allegation is against Buddhu Kewat to cause injury at the palm of the husband of the informant, but, the injury is simple in nature. The allegation against the petitioner is that this petitioner snatched cash of Rs.2,000/- from the pocket of the husband of the informant. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated due to dirty village politics and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
