The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accused/petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 14.06.2021.
The allegation against the petitioner is to commit robbery along with other co-accused persons and while committing so, taken away Rs. 1,600/-, one motorcycle and valuable documents like ATM Card, Aadhar Card, etc., belongs

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of self confession, while apprehended in Puraini P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021, in furtherance of which, no incriminating material recovered from his possession to connect, prima facie, with the present occurrence of robbery. It is submitted that no TIP was conducted, as yet. While concluding the argument, it is pointed out that petitioner found involved in other 06 criminal cases, where, he is on bail in 04 cases and moreover, investigation of this case has been completed, for which, charge-sheet has already submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, as no incriminating material recovered/surfaced, during course of investigation, in furtherance of self confession to connect this petitioner, prima facie, with the present occurrence of robbery coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 09
