The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 08.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3970 of 2010.

Learned for the officials of B.R.A. Bihar University (opposite party nos. 1 to 4) submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.11.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3970 of 2010, the University, in the light of the decision of the Examination Board of the University held on 05.01.2015 considered the matter and has issued the marks sheet of the petitioner of B.Sc. Part-II

Patna High Court MJC No.4076 of 2013 dt.12-03-2015 Examination 2007. The original marks sheet of the petitioner has been sent to the Dr. J. Mishra College, Muzaffarpur, which would appear from paragraph 7 of the show cause.

Since the order, under contempt, has been complied with by the concerned opposite parties, therefore, no further action is required. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
