2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 919 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.06.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 35110 of 2024.

4. Second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr. reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.
