The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 32737 of 2022 on 15.09.2022.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66572 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
